Jessie uses his broad base of experience to seek out creative, aggressive strategies to maximize his clients’ chances of success, and has obtained favorable results for clients through both traditional trial practice and alternative dispute resolution.

Jessie’s experience includes:

Ongoing representation of one of the largest trucking companies in the United States in death and catastrophic injury cases in state and federal jurisdictions across the country.  This work typically includes the coordination of rapid post-accident response and early-stage accident reconstruction.

Working on the trial team that successfully litigated claims against a foreign governmental entity arising out of breach of multi-million dollar services contract;

Coordinating a multifaceted response to an information breach involving unauthorized disclosure of protected health information for approximately 10,000 patients;

Representing a national appliance manufacturer in product liability litigation involving issues of carbon monoxide poisoning and mold sickness;

Representing a national law enforcement products manufacturer in multiple product liability lawsuits involving complex issues of medical causation;

Developing and executing a plan to address a rash of employee violence issues throughout the Southeast for national corporation;

Representing a mortgage broker pursuing claims in an employee fraud matter involving nearly a million dollars in misappropriated funds.
