Dawn focuses her practice in the areas of Business Law and Employment Law. However, for some of her clients, Dawn serves as their general legal counsel as they consult her often for many of their diverse legal needs.  Dawn is an experienced civil litigator and trial lawyer as she has represented clients in state and federal courts not only across North Carolina but in other states as well.  However, Dawn knows that trials are time-consuming, expensive and unpredictable.  Therefore, she works with her clients to find creative “outside the box” solutions to legal issues to help avoid a courtroom. However, if a trial becomes inevitable, Dawn has the knowledge, experience and tenacity to aggressively pursue her client’s case to verdict.
